As an operator and entrepreneur, and recently as an Executive VP, I have deep experience across all lanes of a modern media company. I launched a creative agency in 2012 (Monopoint Media) and have led sales on multiple six- and seven-figure deals. In 2021, we raised $40M in capital and closed 7 acquisitions to form AllGear Digital. I speak at industry events and recently gave a keynote on "the future of content" (transcript here). I am an optimist and a hustler, and my scope includes launching, building, and reinventing media companies for 15+ years. Beyond media, I advise startups, angel invest, and am an LP at Groove Capital, an early-stage venture fund.
